I'll try to keep this short and sweet...

No idea what my norwood is as my pattern is odd - thin (not bald) crown like a less extreme Zinedine Zidane pattern. I buzz it down to a grade 2-3 really and whilst I'd prefer to be able to grow a decent long style I can cope with it buzzed. The dude in Prison Break gets away with it well.

I have a decent enough face but think I'd feel a lot more comfortable, and less eager to wear hats if I pinned my ears back. They're a great size overall, but just stick out a bit. My head shape is fine, so overall pull of the buzzcut pretty well except my ears, whilst small, stick out a bit and I'm not happy with it.

I may get Fue / CIT in the future, but to be honest will be very liberal about it as I'm only 25 and there's plenty of time to lose more hair, and also plenty of time to regrow more hair with finasteride/minoxidil. Iff I did go through with fue/cit I'd do it with the idea that I may still have to keep it buzzed in the long term. So it makes sense to sort of make sure I'm 100% happy with at least the buzzed look, particularly in case I end up veering towards the higher end of the norwood scale and can't really do much to combat it.

Obviously this isn't an Otoplasty site, but wondered if people perhaps could point me in the direction of good surgeons/sites with more info, as I imagine it's not too dissimilar to the whole hair transplant thing in that there are lots of con artists out there.

I could easily go to Harley St or somewhere advertised in the paper but imagine they're not the best, and would prefer to go to a specialist, even if the procedure is quite simple by most cosmetic surgery standards compared to hair transplants
