Ot. Ball Sweat, Powder, And Chafing

Is this a function of aging,? I never had any problems before--- i took a daily shower and no problems

1. I am awakening at night with considerable ball sweat, and apply a buncha Gold Bond

2. I ride bikes on the bike trails and have a lotta chafing

3. I jiggle my ding for a good ten seconds after the urinal and always feel a few drops come out onto my jockeys anyway

These problems are all recent

I've had itchy balls since I was a teenager. I think it's a variant of a total eczema since eczema runs in my family and I've had it on my fingers a bit. Applyng a bit it coconut oil daily keeps it under control.
