Very simple. You dont. There is no FDA approved place handing out medications without you giving them a prescription from a doctor.
I will be the first to say I think male pattern baldness is something that each person should be able to decide without the gatekeeper doctor but doesnt work like that. Paying to see a Doctor and paying to get refills is a bit silly but its the only real way.
