Ordering Nano from Dr. Proctors site

Has anyone ordered Nano shampoo directly from Dr. Proctors site

I ordered some but I have gotten no e-mail confirmation, or any kind of communication that says they got the order and will be sending it. Anyone have experience with ordering through there. Seems kind of like a Mickey Mouse operation???

I have ordered over the phone 3 times as I live in the same area, and I have received every item ordered in a timely fashion. It is not a "Mickey Mouse" operation it is a Doctor's office. Which to me is a plus when you call because you talk to the principals Dr. and Mrs. Proctor, not possibly a disinterested employee.

I hope this makes you feel more at ease.
