Order got lost when store changed?

This is directed at the site admins (sorry didn't know where to post this). I put in an order a few weeks go for 2 bottles of tricomin therapy spray but they haven't shown up; now I see that it says the store has changed and we have to create new user accounts...was my order nullified when the store changed? (My credit card was billed). Thanks.

Go ahead and PM me your first and last name and Ill see where your order is. No matter what happens we'll get your situation resolved. :) Just a rocky past two weeks with the change of warehouses.
