Oral Minoxidil - What Dosage To Take?

I bought MINOX5 tablets of oral minoxidil 5 mg from Thailand.

What dosage to take where you don't kill yourself but still get hair growth bonus?

How negatively does oral minoxidil (taken internally) affect aging?

Theoretically it should not affect it since it is taken internally.

Any experiences?

5mg is probably the optimal dosage

Start with small doses. 1.25mg or 1mg is enough per day. Cut the tablet to 4 or 5. Observe if it gives you heart palpitations. It's the most common side effect I've read on reviews and it's not good in the long run coz it keeps messing up with your heart.

I mean in my case, I've been on topical minoxidil for 5 years and I just switched to oral this year for convenience. I never experienced any shedding for about 2 months now.

I think a constant shed is abnormal and not the most common of reactions to oral min. Very convenient compared to topical. I have been on oral min since october 2018ish, mostly at 10mg and as high as 20mg but i think 5mg is probably the best dosage for safety and results., that is what im using just now.
