so we all know that oral minoxidil makes everyone a responder because of the sulfotransferase stuff etc. But the drawback is that it causes all the body and facial hair to grow ( and for some it is too much)

when you use topical+ tretinoin it increases the response of the treatment, but is it because it becomes more systemic? or does it target just the scalp hair follicle? it is not an enhancer of the systemic response but something that increase the enzyme directly at the scalp? so no more systemic hypertrichosis

the downsides of oral minoxidil are much deeper than just body hair growth. It is 10x more effective than topical minoxidil with retinol. That is only like 10-15% better at best than min without retinol
