So my temples keep receding despite being 10 years on oral dutasteride and minoxidil 5%.

Hair transplant is out of question since as they keep receding it would be stupid to do hair transplant (hair will just recede after hair transplant border). Besides I am paranoid to get Covid and then be half incapacitated with my surgery and maybe get even worse result.

I have loniten available, bought it on ebay.

I am thinking of trying oral minoxidl, but I would prefer not to perish.

What precautions should be taken before trying oral minoxidil?

I think it’s safe for the most part but have you tried dermarolling? Could help with minoxidil

it takes forever for oral minoxidil to kick in (at least it did in my case), like 4+ months to see real/noticeable results

the side effects are really shitty so be careful
