21 year old with moderate diffuse thinning at crown, Norwood 1 hairline
As soon as my finasteride gets here this is what I'm planning on doing:

.5 mg finasteride everyday
Lipogaine minoxidil 1.25mg 2x a day
S5 daycream 1-2x a day
Castor oil oral 1.5mg ed (this one is for the hell of it as it's been discussed as being possibly effective through the forums)
Regenpure DR 2-3x a week
Also going to be on a very clean, healthy diet with regular exercise. Cutting out dairy and wheat.

I'm open to adding more, other than RU or CB simply because I do not have the funds and I don't trust RU yet.
Opinions?

PS: I will be going to the doctor to get tests to rule out hypothyroidism and such as this could be apart of my hair loss along with male pattern baldness.

Lol that's pretty aggressive and way too much if you're only a Norwood 1 with a little crown thinning. I would just do Finasteride and Regenepure for a year and see from there.

My crown isn't exactly mild unfortunately. Moderate is the best way to put it. I've got pictures from a previous thread on here if you care to look. It has improved slightly since then from lipogaine 1-2x a day at 1mg.

I like your regimen. Looks similar to what I'm gonna except I'm using kirkland minoxidil 2-4ml / day atm. Im currently on 1mg finasteride tho. Gonna add castor oil and 1% nizoral, probably regenepure dr. I'd like to try s5 but then i'm gonna have a lot of stuff to rub on head. I am on no diary already for a few months and honestly i see no impact regarding hair loss, the next step which will be much harder for me is to remove wheat thoBest of luck

not really aggressive at all. imo - drop the lipogaine, it's expensive, useless crap. Get a good 5% minoxidil with azeliac acid and add dermarolling.

Is dermarolling that useful? It seems like it could potentially damage follicles.

Dermarolling scares me a bit also.

For the castor oil, will you take pills ??? as I saw MG.

http://www.iherb.com/Now-Foods-Castor-Oil-650-mg-120-Softgels/5040I saw this online... For me I tried to swallow the liquid version but it is just impossible to do.
Don't know how people succeed to swallow the liquid version!!!

SO is 1,5Mg the advised version. So should i take two pills ?

I'm using a dropper and placing it towards the back of my throat with a drink to chase it down with. I suppose you could order empty capsules and make your own but that could be difficult. Those capsules could definitely worth getting. 1mg-2mg is the suggested dose so I'm going in between.
