Hi.
I would like some honest opinions depending on my hairline and whether it is receding, or it has come to a point where it is in its mature phase.
It clearly isn't a perfect, straight hairline, it's slightly shaped like a V as you can see.
I'm 24 years old and the good thing is, that I have had this hair pattern since I was 18. It wasn't as long as a year ago that I started noticing my hairline, after watching a YouTube video. Since then I never cared about it, however when I became aware of that and started checking my old photos (which are the last attached files) I noticed the exactly same shape.
Keep in mind that the density is good, the hair is thick and strong and I needed to water them in order to push them back.
A receding hairline is a common thing for Mediterranean people like me, although my father has an almost perfect hairline at 49.
What really worries me, is that having seen my maternal grandfather's old photos when he was my age, he had EXACTLY the same hairline.
At 35-40 the hairlne started receding dramatically, at 55 he was at Norwood 6-7 stage...
However there is a chance that the PTSD he suffered during and after the war where he was kept as a hostage, caused a lot of his hair to fall. Of course, this is all assumptions and we can't know for sure...
So, I would like some honest opinions about my hairline and what would you do or wouldn't do if you were me.
