I have noticed right side temple regrowth even though I've read that it doesn't work too well on temples. And I haven't used minoxidil at all!
I'm taking 1mg propecia and:

chronoforte
super mirraforte with max strength chrysin
lef mix tablets
co-enzyme q-10
CLA (to help in weight loss)
flax-seed oil
soetimes max-epa fish oil
l-arginine
super gla/epa oil tablets
and i'm trying to avoid junk food
This is the first time I'm eating a balanced diet too. Maybe that has something to do with my hairloos.
