i dont even think there is a fake rogaine foam sold in the US.

if you can use www.amazon.com for US customers, you can find dozens of cheap legit selles.

I dont know any Europe companys but a bunch of places ship to Europe from US and i dont think shipping is too bad from what ive been reading. try solutions4hairloss.com as i think they ship to europe.
