One Year On Finasteride Update & Opinions Please

Hi guys,

So I've been on finasteride for exactly a year along with Biotin, Vit.D and very, very occasional Nizoral use.

I'm 25. How do y'all think I'm holding up? And what Norwood am I? Use my moles as reference points if you want xD

I wouldn’t yet, since you seem to respond to finasteride pretty well and why fix something that ain’t broke! Good results man, let’s hope it stays that way!

Nah nothing and I kinda wanted a decrease in libido tbh. It's still crazyily high.

I would say you are on that norwood 1.5 which is very reasonable for a 25 year old guy. There seems to be no thinning behind the hairline right? Do you lose a lot of hairs during the day, in showers, etc? Also im just curious but what is your family history of hairloss?

Nicee and nah, my hair is just super fine. If anything my forelock is the thinnest part of my hair.

I don't notice many hairs, but then maybe because they're light and fine I wouldn't notice them?

It's tough because I don't know my dad although my mom says he had a full head in his 40s. My mom's dad has had a receded hairline since his 20s with a bald patch since his 50s and it's pretty much stayed the same and he's now 81. My mom's mom has really bad hairloss but that's due to thyroid/Addisons Disease.
