On the dermarolling days my scalp skin does not itch as usual

my scalp skin itch everyday, on the days when dermarolling my skin is completely not itchy... Day after itching appear again.

Has anyone experienced same?? Can anyone explain that?

Yeah, I have had same experience but itch stays away for a longer period. I would say 1-2 weeks.
