On Big 3, but hairline is getting destroyed. Help? *PICS*

I am 20 years old. I have been on Proscar, (cut into 4 or 5 pieces), 5% liquid minoxidil, and Nizoral for about 5 months now.

This past month, I have noticed an extremely accelerated loss of hairs in the frontal region and the temples. It's almost as if within a few weeks, I had gone from a Norwood 1 to a Norwood 2.

I have even added spironolactone to the mix, but it doesn't seem to be letting up.


Is this in any way normal? I got on the regimen initially because of the receding hairline. Should I quit finasteride? Is it a phase? Will it grow back?

Any input would be appreciated. I can provide pics if needed

Pics would be great! I experienced a similar thing once when dying my hair with henna. As soon as I washed it out, a chunk out of the front and centre of my hairline, about 1 inch squared, was just gone. Easily the most ugly part of my hairline nowadays.

The pictures being compared are from 7 weeks into the regiment, and today (4 months and 3 weeks). I would say a good majority of the hairline difference was lost in the past month.

Any input? Could it be the finasteride? Is it just a shedding phase? Aggressive balding?
