OMG people have noticed thicker hair!! new pics august 07

Im quite excited got up this morning two people who havent seen me for about 4 months commented my hair looks alot thicker than it did last time they saw me. I have been noticing huge amounts of regrowth recently, lots of blonde velous hairs at the temple. I have been on dr reddys proscar since november/december 06 and msm.... foam twice daily and nizoral once a week since feb. And the thing is i buzz my head never longer than a 2 so i know its working im just so chuffed someone else has noticed!! In 6 months time im hoping it will be thicker!! Im just waiting for more foam now cos im all out. these are exciting times!

They are doing 2 for 1 so you can get a whole year's supply (I assume you take one a day?) for £13.95 (20.00 euros).

I reckon it is the finasteride and min that's doing it though.

these are results so far, have stopped smoking and am totally t total, no alchohol.... i have added 1000mg of vit c and have just taken delivery of some merck proscar, have still got dr reddys, so taking a 1/4 one day and 1/2 next with grapefruit juice. Also am now taking 2 x 2000mg msm morning and night. And foam twice daily.....bring on the next shed, im ready for ya!!!!!!

yeah am quite pleased at the moment. Lot of new growth still....Do you think i should grow it out a bit more? it has become thick at the back and around the crown still reasonably thin at the front....have a lot of blonde velous hairs coming through still...which is good. Will post again in three months...hopefully will be a good improvement.

I would grow it out a bit... I don't think it would look patchy at all at this point.

anyone got any suggestions on what i could add to my regimin to speed things up? have recently started on the elvive thickening....seem to be pretty useless......... I want something to really start thickening what is growing back. :roll:

vertex looks much better. hard to tell at the front, but i think it does look more dense overall.

it's really hard to take pics of buzzed hair isn't it? everytime i take some of mine they look different.. gah :roll:

try taking some MSM, it should speed up your hair growth.

I use spironolactone as well on my hairline and it seems to do the trick. Doesn't speed things up really tho just gets rid of any excess Testosterone that the propecia does not get

I usually have a buzz cut as well, it's easer to apply the foam on it.
I now have longer hairs, but I'll go back to the buzz cut cuz I use minoxidil 2 a day.
I'm at 5 months into treatments, so I think I'll wait one full year to go back to long hair when using minoxidil only once a day.

going through a shed at the mo. All the small blonde velous hairs i had are almost gone. With any luck they will come through stronger fingers crossed.....october pics. Will post again in january/february,,,,,,,hair is longer onthe pics not by much though.
