and If I stopped taking it I will go bald

You have to realise that with these hair loss medications, you are losing something to gain something. Some people go on regimens which can lead to actual breast growth, but experience significant results.

Gynecomastia is a common condition where the tissue under a young man’s nipples starts to grow and can look like small breasts
that's what I have on my left breast It's in the begging of it
so there's no alternative treatment without causing ridiculous side effects like that? I tried minoxidle did nothing to me

If we lived in a perfect world, I could say there is an alternative treatment without producing such side effects. But there isn't.

It depends if you prioritise your body, or your hair more. Personally, I prioritise my hair; breast development doesn't scare me, I'll happily show off those bazoinkers.

go see an endocrinologist, ask him about gyno, take a blood test for estrogen, progesteron, prolactin

u defo have disproportion between 2 sides, but dynamics is what matters the most, we dont know how it looked before

also if u simply stop finasteride, gyno wont go away on its own, only with surgery
