Olive Oil treatment, does this really work?

Hey guys so I have posted a previous thread but this one is something I came across as a possible substitution treatment (olive oil) to taking the big 3. I don't know if I want to be committed to propecia, rogaine, and a keto shampoo for the rest of my life so read this and tell me if it has any merit behind its instructions. Keep in mind I am 20 years old in a few months. I have seen some recession, but mostly thinning on the left side of the hairline and near the back of my head. I don't care as much about the recession.. I am mostly trying to make the thinning parts as close back to its normal thickness as I can.

This is the treatment:

Massage any pure, natural oil into scalp, Extra virgin olive, coconut and grape seed work well. Then brush vigorously preferably using a palm held brush with short natural boar bristles. (Quite stiff 1/2'' or 3/4' long 'bristles are best). You can see them on Amazon - they are known as military brushes.
Brush strongly so you feel it stimulating/irritating scalp. But do not overdo it. Scalp has to adjust so gradually build up to as many as 200 strokes each day. Brush entire scalp not just where you have loss as ALL of scalp and hair will have been sickened with the harmful shampoos. You may be apprehensive about irritating scalp - believe me I was too but this is what will force new growth as it unplugs the blocked hair ducts that result in loss - they are sometimes experienced as painful small itching spots.
As you brush some shedding and breakage may occur at first but will quickly stop as brushing makes hair better anchored and stronger. New hairs will appear and will be weak looking and sparse. Keep up the brushing and do not be concerned if brushing uproots them, as they will RE-APPEAR EVEN STRONGER and will not be uprooted.
First apply the oil, do the brushing and only wash off after 1 1/2 hours

Also I did a bit of research and if you take a look at the cyclosporing studies, you will see that cyclosporin was compared to olive oil! According to the study olive oil grew 73 hairs in 4 months.

So after reading that I have 2 questions:
1) Does any of it have any merit?
2) And should a 20 year old be thinking of trying this? (or should I just move to the big 3)

Also keep in mind I eat very nutritious, drink plenty of water, take a multi-vitamin, exercise and sleep 8 hours a day. But my dad does have a bit of balding on his side of the family.

I have also added pictures of my current hair state.

Thank you so much to everyone who can help.

No it wont work, sorry. If there was a natural treatment as effective as the big 3 without the possibility of sides we would all be using it.

where is the study of ciclosporin as olive oil? Please, send the title of it.

OTOH, in your case the method you write can be very useful.. If it , in one year, dont achieve results, yo can trow it without problem, very different if you start with the BIg Three
