okay so i just got back from the derm

as i shaved my head yesterday i seen little dots all over my head and knew for a fact it wasnt AA so i went to the derm today and she said its folliculatis 100%

now im thinking did i even have hairloss at all to begin with ?
or what is it my folliculatis i left untreated for the longest time?

It's a hair follicle infection, also known as "barber's itch". It can cause permanent hair loss if untreated. I would imagine you need antibiotics, probably topical.

You went to a derm and they derm did not answer this?

You went to a derm and they derm did not answer this?


my derm is a piece of crap its mostly in and out im sure most people here know derms are good for nothing i passed by my docs shortly after and he confirmed its folliculitas and game me some disprosalic bethamethasone salicylic acid to put it on the affected areas

Good stuff short term, those steroids.

Don't over use it and go for standard salicylic acid next once done.
