Ok to detach clean skin bases with isopropyl?

Up until now I've used Swiss Lace systems and I usually detach them with isopropyl. I clean the base with dry cotton wool pads then with isopropyl. I'm going to try a skin system soon. Is it ok to use isopropyl to detach and clean skin bases, or do you have to use something else like a citrus cleaner/remover? Thanks.

99% alcohol is fine.

My last Thin Skin unit was soaked with isoprop to clean some time ago. I used it because its much cheaper than c-22 is. I won´t do it again. Its too aggresive to the base
