Grease on forehead is one of the signs of hair problems uncluding male pattern baldness.

You know, now that I think about it, I recall that certain specific antibiotics have actually been shown to have antiandrogenic properties, so I suppose it's within the realm of possibility that some antibiotics might reduce oil production, although probably not for the exact reason you mention.
