Obtaining Rogaine 5% Foam in Canada?

I have looked everywhere for the Rogaine 5% foam but it appears only the 3% dropper version is sold in Canada.

I have heard that the reason for this is that you need a prescription for percentages greater than 3% in Canada whereas the 5% foam is sold in the USA without a prescription.

What's the easiest way to order the foam from the U.S. and have it shipped to Canada, and is this legal?

So I ordered a 4 month supply of 5% foam from ebay.ca. It shipped from somewhere in the states and I was able to get it within about a week. The cost was about $18 CAD per bottle (if you include the cost of shipping). Looks like ebay is the way to go!

Thought I should let everyone know - I got some insider information that Minoxidil 5% foam is now approved without prescription in Canada. It should hit the shelves in the coming weeks/months.
