Obsessing about getting gyno

How do you know if you're getting gyno? I just started taking dutasteride .5 and im freaked out about getting side effects that will ruin my dody and never go away but i want to at least TRY to not go completely bald. Any useful advice or experience would be welcomed

first of all, if you DO get gyno, even if its noticeable as long as you quit before a months time it WILL reverse, Androgens destroy gyno. you would know by having puffy nipples, itchy/sory nips and noticeable swelling.

If you do get gyno there will be this disc like mass underneath the nipple that wasn't there before. It might be painful/sore, especially to the touch. Also keep an eye on your nipple shape/size/sensitivity as this will also change if you are developing gyno. When my boobs were first developing my nipples changed shape and got bigger before anything else happened.

What do you guys think about natural supplements to block the estrogen when you are taking anti-androgens. I bought some complex at whole foods called DIM and zinc. They're supposed to help.......

There's no point worrying about gyno if you don't even have it. You could use an AI while using dutasteride which would drastically reduce the chances of gyno, but AI's aren't great for hair.
