Cause leathery skin, wrinkles and bags under your eyes.minoxidil does not age your skin, it's a vital component of tackling hair loss. If you are fine with maintaining then just use finasteride and nizoral though Take pictures every few months and give it a full 12 months.

Best way in my opinion is hair transplant. Get on finasteride for a couple years, confirm you are stable and the proceed to lowering your hairline to your desired state.
Minoxidil is time consuming and messy and your resulting regrowth will not be native quality hair.

I highly doubt I'll lose more hair soon. I have lost some the last decade, on my temples, but it's going slow.
I am loath to get on finasteride, partly due to side effects, partly since it only stops further hairloss? And if you're lucky it might bring some lost hair back? And that's it?
Anyways. I'd look way better if I'd just get rid of my high templed sharp v-shape.
