Hi there ive been receiding for quite sometime but never thought about doing anything to help my hair until last year when i actually thought i need to. Ive been putting it off and putting it off but FINALLY had thought and saved enough money to help me with this "problem" i have attached 3 pics all with flash.

Truthfully i dont knw where to start but i have thought bout the big 3 but worried about side effects, also my hair as you can see from the photos is little bits that is due to when it fell out and now starting to grow back.

I have patience but its starting to run out, i need to find th ebest course of treatment and if push comes to shuve the hair transplant route will be one(not for a few years im 21)

Seriously, you have already mentioned the best treatment for you. The Big 3 are your way to go. Why don´t you give them a try? Worst thing that can happen to you are some temporary side effects (all sides are reversible and go away when you stop the treatments) and some lost money. Nothing to be scarred of. Good Luck!

the big three undoubtedly, forget side effects,98% you wont get them,if you do then wait til they are gone,or quit and theyll go

Exactly how my hair was at that age. Just follow the advice above and you should be ok. (Not go bald) man I wish I could be back in your situation.

Giles,
It is difficult to ascertain the precise extent of your hairloss with such zoom shots. A few revealing the remaining forehead should suffice. Others here gave sound advice, as side effects (rarity) are transcient and will subside if discontinued.

I'm in the UK and got my stuff from Inhouse pharmacy. Prices are good and order came in a bout a week. Finpecia, Spectral DNC (minoxidyl) and nizoral Shampoo.

Everyone on here gives great advice so that's the ones I chose as the Big 3. dutasteride is the next step up dearer again or you can spend more on the non generic's. Doesn't have to be Spectral for minoxidyl, the Rogaine foam seems popular but In house pharmacy don't have that.

Hope that helps and good luck....we all need it.

nizoral shampoo is available in 1% and 2%. I've been using the 1% for years and most claim there isn't much difference. Plus, the 2% requires a prescription.
minoxidil should be gotten in the 5%.
