Noticed Thinning In The Frontal Hairline (causes?treatments?)

so..

I use nizoral, dutasteride, minoxidil + dermarolling

I've been using nizoral for about 3 weeks now

dutasteride for about 5 months

minoxidil about 3 years

noticed today that there is some thinning happening at the front.

What could this be?

causes?

treatments?

Did things improve? I'm 7 months in on Dutasteride right now and experiencing the same exact thing. Hope you have some encouraging words.
