Hi I am looking for advice on how to prevent and treat hair loss. I am 36 years old and around this time last year I started noticing that my hair is thinning and my hairline is receding. I would describe my hair as norwood 2.
I read some information on this forum and decided to buy Nizoral, as I can see it is recommended to help prevent further hair loss. I have not started using it yet but I plan to begin using it from tomorrow.
I am new to all of this and know nothing about dealing with hair loss. Which treatments have you all tried and had success with? Are there any that you didn't have success with? I have read about Finasteride on this forum, but I noticed some people are experiencing shedding while on that medication, which is a bit off putting. Please let me know if you have tried this medication and if your experience on it is good?
