Not Sure If Cowlick Or Bald Spot( Thinning Crown)

Here the pics. My hair is wet and brushed down. Recently I have been having an itchy crown though that might be due to the fact that I have Dermatitis. So what do you think and where do I stand?

It's only visible from the top not from the back. I've always had 2 cowlicks on my crown. My hairline on the otherhand is thick and I'm an Nw0
