Not Sure If Balding, Or Huge Cowlick

22 Male Asian -- This has got me on edge for the past few days. Have a first appt. with derm coming up and idk whether to bring it up or not with her. Hairline has been okay, will upload pictures if it would help.

Been noticing hairs on my hands when I run fingers through hair during showers -- usually around 10-20 fall out each time I shower. Also, been noticing very thin hairs (baby hairs? idk), but they might not all be from the crown area.

If you have an appointment with your derm already. It's definitely the time to mention it. In my opinion this is crown hairloss and too elongated of a hairloss spot to be called a whorl or cowlick (Although you have great thickness in general). A dermapen may help you with this problem area, but the long term solution very well may be finasteride/minoxidil
