Hi everybody,
I am a 31 yo guy.
More or less 5 years ago I have noticed the start of a slow thinning process regarding my hairline, temples and crown.
Especially the hair line has change from being the child hair line to a sort of M; so far so good.
But it has been a while that I have started to notice that the left temple is becoming deeper and deeper and some hair in the top area are thinning and the cowlick on the crown is becoming thinner.
I am actually going through a bit of paranoia maybe but I was thinking which one is in this case the most appropriate solution to stop hair loss and possibly increase the thickness of my hair?
I have asked a very close friend of mine to have a look at my hair and after an hand examination he told me that sides are thicker than the top but not visibly.
The left temple is deeper than the right one which is ok.
