I'm not losing hair, but I got a spot on my vertex which is a little thinner than the rest of my hair. Since I'm not losing hair, could Minoxidil help me grow hair in that area? And of course I'll need to continue taking it forever.
For now I'm trying to fix my nutrition and trying Nizoral and healthier shampoos (my scalp was always very un-healthy and irritated with dandruff so I'm taking care of it) and those would hopefully help me. But if not, then in a 6 months time if there's no improvement at all I'd like to apply a medication to help me grow hair there and was thinking of Minoxidil 5% as Rogaine Foam .
