You would be able to keep what you have forever. Your baseline is way high and just on finasteride you would not drop below baseline for over a decade and two decades on dutasteride.

You have some thinning on the temples. I think you should start propecia+nizoral. You have great thick hair that deserves to be maintained at all costs.

You are right I had never thought of it like that. I think I would take finasteride regardless just to keep a fabulous head of hair.

just be happy you aren't in a worse situation like the rest of us. i think if i were you i would start with finasteride, but not until i was sure it was time. only you know how fast your hair is thinning so when you feel it's right then go for it.

thanks again guys, I think Ill do the finasteride/nizoral combo just to be safe. Hopefully, if all goes to plan, I can maintain what I have for a long time and by then better treatments will probably be out.

I don't know a whole lot about this whole hairloss gig yet, but do you guys are telling me that with my baseline if I get on finasteride/nizoral now I will never go past a norwood 2 and keep most of the thickness?? If so, you guys just made my day.

thanks for the replies guys, I am getting some fincar from Inhouse pharmacy. Is it safe to say this stuff is legit?? Just nervous about generics??
