topicals are less effective than internals. Try dutasteride, minoxidil and nizoral.
They will not help.

Are you sure you're really NW7? Thats total Hairloss on not just the top, but also loss down the back and up on the sides aswell.
As its been said before if you have progressed to that stage you're really just wasting money on treatments. Look at the expeiriences of most on here, even for nw1.5's an 2's regrowth is rare and usualy very, very small. Theres no way that current treatments will grow it back. Sorry but I'm just giving it to you straight. I think it would be better for you to accept it and just shave what you have left. :(

I'm a little over NW5, the problem is that I also have diffused thinning on the base (neck) and sides as well which makes it look really worse. Same goes for my top, I'd say I have NW3 pattern but its all diffused and my vertex is NW5 (again diffused). Except for my temples I really don't have any slick bald areas and under lighting I can see dense vellus hair all over NW2 pattern.

my hair loss is really f**ked up! :lost:

Those vellus hair are my only hope now...you think with minoxidil/licorice/finas...they'll grow into terminal?
