i am 33 years old been balding for approx. 6 years slowly , last year it started to get annoying so then i began the big3 its actually helped the crown but caused thinning on top to the point where i can see some scalp (with my buzz hair cut as i often wear my hair)along with temple recesion after begginning the big3 how will i know if it has stableized?

i am at a norwood3v and am wondering if hair transplant's look natural for people like me who wear a buzz cut or will it look unatural- most of the before after pictures ive seen are of people with longer hair and you cant really see what it looks like with a buzzed hair cut .. ,is it even possible to get that kind of consistentcy(thickness with a hair transplant ??

..also any recomendations for a doctor in massachusetts or even new york ??

p.s.
id like to think i could wait 5-10 years for hm to arrive but i cant say what my hair will look like in 2 or 3 years and i dont want to be one of the first to get hm when it comes out which is why i figure in 5 years it will be available to the public and in 10 years they will have perfected it..

if you get a strip hair transplant, which is the conventional type, where they cut a strip of hair follicles out of the back of your head and implant them in the front and top and crown, you're going to have a scar on the back of your head. it will most likely be visible with your hair at 3/8ths of an inch or shorter, so if you like to wear it shorter than half an inch in back, i'd be a bit concerned.

Joe32--
Stay the heck out of Massachusetts.
The guys here really suck. They have brought the eighties back in a big way . Outdated methods on a grand scale , not big hair.
Also thier hazmat is a dumpster - waste.
The saged will say "research". You will say "I am doing that".
The worst place to be is afterward saying I should have done more or why did I do this.
Have you heard about the recent death from a transplant ?

Here you go. It happened last year;;; Only let out yesterday;; Now they arhttp://cbs2.com/topstories/local_stor ... 4103.htmle doing damage control. I am going to end it. All of it Googd bad and ugly. It is not an option anymore. As the work gets better the quacks taking advantage get worse.

The story is really about anesthesia rather than hair transplant surgery. Anytime you use anesthesia you risk death whether it is getting a tooth pulled or getting heart surgery or a hair transplant.

This is a case of occipital trauma.
I would love to use big Willy Mags how cute to prove my theory. I,ll only need an inch.

It appears that this poor guy went to a plastic surgeon and he had the hair transplant done concurrently with another procedure. IMO, that makes no sense at all and should not have been.

There's not enough facts provided, probably because it it still under investigation. But if he did lose too much blood, he may have went into shock. He may have been so under, that they did not know he was in shock. If you don't treat shock, or treat it in time, death results.

If this is true, it should never had happened. It will be interesting to see if there will be charges filed.

It was crown cosmetic. I was only a hair transplant. His wife Yvonne went to check on him an hour later. The "Dr." told her he was resting peacefully and she went back to work. Minutes later "after they mopped up" . She was called and told the news. I am following this and the cover up. Remember guys circling the wagons has been the norm for years.
Gil I should have updated you.
I will e- mail you tonight with some inside gruesome details.
