After losing my hair in a very messy way (diffuse) in the last 2-3 years and being a very diffuse Norwood 3 (almost no healthy hair left on head, most of it effected by male pattern baldness) I have noticed thinning in some unusual (or maybe common) areas.

While my hairline recedes, it thins out in the front RIGHT in the middle. like where people usually have their widows peak. (I never had one). The rest of the front is the well-known "frontal island".

Above sideburns and above ears. Almost everytime I pull there, I can get a hair or two.

I've seen people with similar thinning areas as well. male pattern baldness sucks. :(
