Norwood 2/2.5, wait it out more or hair transplant?

I am almost 27 years old and currently a Norwood 2 maybe even a Norwood 2.5-2.75. My hair loss has been slow but steady for the past 8 or so years (you can see my earlier posts in my posting history). Pretty much all my hair loss so far has been in my temple regions. I have been hesitant to get on finasteride because of sides and don't want to hop on minoxidil because of the possible skin aging.

I haven't been keeping up with the latest research so I'm not sure what's on the horizon, but at this point what is more advisable? Get a small hair transplant to fix my temples and hairline or wait it out in the hopes of something new coming out?

Get on finasteride and get a hair transplant. You are low norwood with slow progression. Nothing that will come in next 10 years will be any better than current treatment in your case.
