As far as stabilizing you can speak to a hair loss specialist and he will prescribe propecia ( finasteride) You can get it generically from Costco ...Its 15 bucks for 3 month supply...

I agree with this statement.....If its that much of a concern you can go for a hair transplant.....Does not look like you need much....
