Normal donor area pain level after one week?

Hi, yall. Had my transplant at Cosmedica in Istanbul a week ago, great experience. Only thing that has left me wondering is the pain level in the donor area; surprisingly, the first 3ish days were very pain-free, and I thought I got off easy. But then the pain/discomfort started to kick in maybe around day 4.

Now, the donor area has experienced good healing, but pain/discomfort is still present in a way that doesn't make me feel it can be described as totally healed; a lot of sources state that by day 7 the donor area should have been healed - well the definition of "healed" isn't black and white, but I expected pain to have disappeared by now to a large extent.

What has been other's experience with the level of pain one week post op?

Is this a strip procedure? If so, yes, that pain is typical. It hurts. For individual grafts. My pain level was very low to gone by the end of 7 days.
