Quite frankly the norwood classification only have its use for transplant surgeon, hairline recession can only be assessed by comparing photos or by examination by a pros with a dermoscope.
You may be balding or you may be not, only way to tell is to compare or go through the the lens of a specialist.

One thing for sure, in the present state of thing, no persons in the street will look at you and think "Yeah he may be balding".

I don't shape my hairline I guess ny hairline is thinning slightly im 25 I hope I don't become agressive balding

There's everything.
There is guys who ventures in the NW2, past their established mature hairline and stay there till their death, there is guys who have an uber agressive diffuse at 16 who takes no prisoner until the NW7.

From anecdotal reports it seems youngers guys tend to bald more aggressively than older guys.
As i said, you want to be free of doubt? Compare your before and after pics for a starter and have a GOOD derm look at you with a trichoscope.

Looks like a Norwood 1 or 1.25 to me. You seem to have a bit of a widow's peak on the second picture but not sure if that is a family trait or not. Your top density seems very good from these pictures. I may be able to comment more on your overall hair density if you upload some pictures under harsh lighting later.
