Non Responsive To Anti-androgens Or Stimulants?

I don't understand, why am I non responsive to anything..
minoxidil does diddly squat.
Ru doesn't do anything.
(this I especially don't understand. It's an anti androgen, but doesn't anti the androgen, are my androgens to strong for. Ru? ..)
5% stemoxidine - soothes scalp for about an hour.
Take finasteride, goodbye sex life.
Don't take finasteride, goodbye hair and probably the mrs.
Tea tree + coal tar + 1% nizoral shampoo.


Wtf. My hair is shedding at a crazy rate again. I don't understand what could have triggered this a year ago. Is there anything else that can help that won't kill my sex life?

Finasteride is not "guaranteed" to kill your sex life.

I tried finasteride and I did have intolerable side effects. But it doesn't happen to everybody.

you're using 150mg of RU a day? that's 15%. I personally am not too surprised you are losing hair with this unstudied, drastic chemical concoction. Who ever said that more is always better? I got greedy too. I was using 10% - my hair was falling out like crazy. Tried 15% minoxidil - same thing.

Drop the RU and microdose finasteride, or attempt a topical finasteride.

You are worried about side effects from finasteride? yet, you are using a huge concentration of some poorly understood, chinese black market compound.

I am NOT trying to be a d*ck, but your logic is backwards. Try small doses of finasteride and drop the RU. IF you feel an sexual sides, you can always stop.

Clearingout, the best chances of keeping your hair is if you at least give Finasteride a chance. Minoxidil and RU58841 are good treatments but you may or may not know if they'll be needed in your case if you don't try Finasteride.

That's the reason I don't want to take finasteride, a friend of mine was crippled by finasteride. Sex drive never came back.

At least with Ru it doesn't destroy DHT and its out of your system in a day.

Same here... not even responding to finasteride and duta.

What are you using now? Any succes?

I'm with buckthorn man. You have to take at least finasteride at low doses try 0.25 or 0.50, otherwise your follicles will get shrunk by dht still. RU sadly is not strong on its own to prevent dht from attacking hair follicles.

Nah we know finasteride isn't dangerous, RU could potentially cause life-threatening effects. Can't believe anyone is putting this chemical on their heads.
