Non male pattern baldness

Anyone have any idea what would happen to someones hair if they took propecia and didnt have any MAle Pattern Baldness? Ive always wondered what would happen

you would grow boobs but still have no hair.

I assume that any hair that was affected by DHT would experience regrowth. Doubt anything adverse would happen.
