I was using Dr.Lees minoxidil (which I liked but only used it for a month and a few days).

But since I had a problem with my CC info being stolen twice on minoxidil.com while ordering, I am looking for a new product that is like Dr. Lees minoxidil.

I was looking at the nanominox, but that looks like a bust so is there another brand name that is non-greasy and has a safe website to order from?

Thank you for any info.

Besides the foam (doesnt seem as effective as regular liquid minoxidil) What other brand of liquid minoxidil is not greasy?

In Liquid form all generics are greasy.

Also you can place your order over the phone with Dr Lee if you call during business hours. This is what I plan to do going forward as I was also affected by CC fraud.

They have supposedly fixed the website but I will still place all future orders over the phone and order 3-4 months at a time vs monthly like I do now. His formula is just to valuable to me as the generics make my head itch really bad vs no itch with his formula.

It was his site that was hacked to capture you order information. They use a terminal credit card machine so your information is never transfered over the internet. When you place an order over the internet its stored in the PHP MYSQL database till a staff member pulls your order.
If you apply over the phone they just pull up your records confirm your a patient and then run your card over the terminal provide by the merchant bank.

Two totally different things, please don't get the two confused

1) You're assuming thats how it works. Some do, some don't.

2) Assuming you're right (i cant be bothered checking)...you're assuming the hackers have intercepted the database and not the point of transaction. Chances are that is the case, but considering they've worked out one they could well have the whole system at their mercy

3) The pre-paid card suggestion is clearly a smarter idea. We know his security has been compromised so why take the risk?

If the hackers were to intercept the terminal then its the banks fault and not Dr. Lee's assuming you understand how a merchant account works with a counter terminal you would understand this

Most banks do offer visa/master card prepaid gift cards you could easily pick up when you go in if your really that worried.

But remember Dr Lee's site is no different than any other website. Hell even my university was compromised a few years ago and ppl's SSN were stolen. This didn't stop ppl from enrolling into this school just as this indecent shouldn't stop someone from using Dr Lee's products.

Most merchant terminals have a key pad. You can manually enter the 16 digit and exp or you can swipe the card. I use this all the time when labs call to place orders and Im always manually typing in there card on the keypad.

You can also tell this by the receipt you get with every order form Dr Lee in the box with your items.
