Non Genetic Hair Loss. No Hairloss In Both Sides Of Family.

18 M. I dont have hair loss on either side of my family. My dad has a head full of hair and he's 55. My brother is 23 and he has no hairloss either. Same goes for my mother's side too. Can hairloss be non genetic or is this some underlying health problem?

your great grandfather could also be the one who passed you the bad genes. unfortunately nobody really can tell and in 99,99999 % its male pattern baldness.

It happened to me. Both great grandfathers had all their hair, grandpa on both sides had hair, dad and brother and cousin all have good hair, I was the first one to get the gene.
