guys what do you think about the importance of noggin protien above studies reveals it is of great importance.
particularly last study it says "The loss of noggin activity was associated with failure to express genes that specify hair follicle cell fates in the epidermis (Lef-1, β-catenin, Shh) and dermal papilla (p75 kDa neurotrophin receptor, alkaline phosphatase)"

@InBeforeTheCure @Swoop @hellouser sorry guys if i am bothering you may be it was previously disscused BTW i have searched the keyword but it seems like it is not disscussed .
i just find it interesting.

is there a way to agonize it

Well, in terms of HF morphogenesis, the (highly simplified) recipe is something like this:

1) Wnt signaling stabilizes beta-catenin in the epithelium, which is the first signal determining HF fate. Beta-catenin upregulates Dickkopf proteins (DKK), which suppresses Wnt signaling and therefore HF fate in surrounding tissue.
2) Beta-catenin upregulates EDA, which is similar to TNF-alpha, and its receptor EDAR.
3) EDAR signaling activates NF-kB, which upregulates Wnt genes (I think it's Wnt10a and Wnt10b in this case) to sustain Wnt signaling, and this region of sustained Wnt signaling determines the hair placode. NF-kB also upregulates Shh (Sonic Hedgehog), which upregulates Noggin in the dermis.

So maybe it would be better to act further upstream (i.e. by inducing local peaks of Wnt signaling)?

see i have used Oleuropien which is shown to induce wnt10b in a mouse study but no luck uptill now its been 5-6 months not even reduction in shedding
