No baby hairs at all. What does it mean?

Been on propecia for 14 months now.
Horrible sheddings which I bounced back from but lately it's the worst it's ever been.

My vertex has less hair each day but whatever hair I have left is still thick and strong though no baby hairs at all. What does this mean?

After 14 months finasteride is probably only slowing your losses judging by your description. You could try replacing finasteride with dutasteride or adding topicals if you would like

Yes, dutasteride sounds like the way forward but its not licensed in the UK for tteatment of hairloss so my doctor won't prescribe me it. Any suggestions where I could get some avodart without prescription?

finasteride isn't specifically a regrowth treatment. You'll need minoxidil for regrowth.
