Nizzy Sunday Tuesday Friday?

would using nizoral Sunday Tuesday Friday be to frequent, I am doing it every 4 days right now and I have only used like half a bottle in over 2 months. I dont think thats enough, do you guys think that I should go to 3 a week on Sunday Tuesday Friday. I read that it should go through roughly a bottle a month?

I'm using it M-W-F, and plenty of other people out there are going 3 days a week as well. Heck, the people who make the new Revita shampoo, which contains the same active ingredient (ketoconazole) as Nizoral, recommend using their product five times per week.

We're using this chemical off-label, and I don't think there's a whole lot of evidence out there as to what might go wrong using this thing more often -- and perhaps more importantly -- for a far longer duration than what it was originally intended for. That said, I don't know of much anecdotal evidence out there for bad reactions to Nizoral after years of use (it has been perhaps the most popular non-FDA approved hairloss treatment out here on the Internet for some time).

I use 2-3 times a week, no specific days. A bottle lasts me 3 months.
