Hello guys, i'm going to use Nizoral 2% again, how many months should i use it continuously (2 times on 4 hair washes a week) to solve a little itching problem -nothing serious - and after giving it up, how much time must pass before i have to use it again?
I mean can you suggest me the best time cycles (in a year) for using Nizoral perfectly?

**Then, is it right using a small quantity of Nizoral (within the palm) even with long hair (few inches over the shoulder)? Or do i have to raise the amount?
