I prefer shampoos without sulphates since theyre much healthier for your hair, unless nizoral is going to make a big difference with finasteride

I think the peak in the yellow curve might be due hair follicle growth synchronization in response to the treatment and subsequent de-synchronization over time leading to the decline.
It's hard to say but the yellow curve could be asymptotic to baseline or some value near baseline
