Nizoral alone will not do much at all other than give you a healthier scalp, but in combination with Minoxidil and Finasteride it can be useful. It will not have any effect at all at your lower regions.

The only things "proven" to "work" are Finasteride and Minoxidil. Everything else should be considered secondary or complementary treatments.
