Sorry for another noob question, but can anone clarify what the difference between Nizoral and Pregaine shampoo is? Do they both serve the same purpose or are they two different things all together. If they are different, can you use both products in the same shower or should you only use them on alternating days, i.e. Nizoral on Monday and Thursday and Pregaine on all other days.
